Jessica begins with her gut-wrenching testimony of how her decision to drink and drive resulted in the death of her best friend. From the Courtroom to the Classroom

If you thought Jessica’s “Second Chances” presentation was powerful, “From The Courtroom to the Classroom” takes it to a whole new level. Not only does Jessica share her powerful journey from murderer to survivor, but she introduces the last person anyone would expect her to share the stage with: Attorney Rohom Khonsari. Mr. Khonsari is the former state prosecutor whose job it was to put Jessica behind bars. The two retell their journey from opposing sides of the courtroom. This incredibly powerful presentation allows the audience to see both the legal and human elements of a real-life Manslaughter case. Education, awareness, inspiration and forgiveness are the core focus of this powerful presentation. This includes a Follow Up Video from both speakers to the students, after the event.
